Ben Roth joined Washington Fine Properties in 2004 and has quickly advanced to a top-producing sales associate. He serves as an integral component of The Morrell-Roth Team, a consistently top-producing team in the DC metropolitan area that has consistently been consistently ranked among the top 250 teams in America by The Wall Street Journal for over ten years. As a partner of the team, Ben has been involved in nearly 500 transactions throughout his career, with an impressive commitment to his clients and innate attention to detail. Ben earned quite the accomplishment in 2012, selling the most expensive condominium in the city and was ranked by Washingtonian as a recipient of "Best Residential Real Estate Agents." Ben continues to maintain a consistent presence in the Northwest Washington market, and holds a strong record in the downtown condominium market, specifically at the Ritz- Carlton Residences.
